RESERVATION
A retainer fee is required to reserve the dates and times of the shoot. If the vent is to be rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled, the deposit fee is nonrefundable.
SAFETY
The photographer reserves the right to terminate and leave the location if he experiences inappropriate, hostile, threatening or offensive behavior from anyone present at the shoot. If the photographer feels like his safety is in question, he reserves the right to terminate and leave the shoot.
MODEL RELEASE
The client assigns the photographer the right to use and publish photographs of the client or in which the client may be included for editorial, advertising and or educational purposes. The client releases all claim to profits that may arise from the use of images.
LATENESS
The client must call an hour in prior to the shooting time to notify of any form of lateness. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the photographer reserves the right to leave without refunding prior deposits made.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to perform his duties due to an illness, injury, act of terrorism, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the photographer, the photographer will make every effort to secure a replacement. If a suitable replacement isn't found, responsibility and liability is limited tot he return of all payments received from the client for the shoot.
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to book. The deposit will be applied toward the services being rendered. Clients are allowed a 15 minutes grace period, anything after that would require a late fee of $25 plus contingent upon how late the client is.
